Oobleck provides an AI-powered business operating system that enables users to create and manage internal business applications through natural language interfaces. Oobleck does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you are using Oobleck on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.
You agree not to misuse the platform, upload unlawful content, reverse engineer the system, or use Oobleck for illegal activities. You are solely responsible for all data entered into the platform.
Oobleck uses AI systems to generate outputs. AI-generated responses may contain errors and should be reviewed before making business decisions. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI outputs.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment.
All platform rights, including software, design, and branding, belong to Oobleck. Users retain ownership of their data but grant Oobleck a limited license to process data to provide the Service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or non-payment. Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
If contracting with an Indian entity, these Terms are governed by the laws of India with jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka. If contracting with a US entity, governing law shall be the State of Delaware.
